Which companies is the Quick Check suitable for?
The AI Readiness Quick Check is suitable for companies of all sizes that want to gain clarity on how well they are organizationally, technically, and culturally prepared for the use of AI. It is suitable for companies with initial AI experience as well as for organizations that are just starting out with AI.
How long does the Quick Check take?
The aim of the Quick Check is to quickly gain an initial overview of AIreadiness in the company. As a rule, we can easily implement the project within 2 weeks – provided that the relevant contacts are available and the required information is provided promptly. We will coordinate a specific timetable for implementation in your company together before the start of the project.
What effort is required for our company?
The internal effort for the Quick Check is limited to the processing of a compact self-assessment in the form of a standardized questionnaire and the participation of selected key persons in interviews (3-5 interviews of 45 minutes each). Finally, a joint workshop (approx. 2-3h) will take place. The time required is therefore clearly defined in advance and designed to interfere as little as possible with day-to-day business.
