Study
Deforestation- and Conversion-Free Supply Chains
The cultivation of high-risk raw materials like soy is associated with a threat to valuable ecosystems. For WWF Germany, we first conducted a study to examine the central challenges in establishing deforestation- and conversion-free value chains and analyzed solutions to overcome existing barriers. Furthermore, we are currently supporting companies on their path towards deforestation- and conversion-free soy supply chains as part of a project group organized by WWF Germany.

In addition to classic climate issues, the focus was also on social aspects and approaches to strengthening the circular economy.
