Bringing Sustainability & AI Together Effectively
Nextra Consulting is a strategy consultancy for sustainability and AI. Since our founding in 2017, we have been helping companies translate complex requirements into clear priorities, resilient decisions, and actionable solutions.
We combine technical depth in sustainability with a clear focus on data, processes, and technological levers. This results in solutions that are not only conceptually convincing but also work within the organization.

Why We Work This Way
For many companies today, sustainable transformation is no longer an isolated topic. It affects strategy, regulation, data, processes, supply chains, and increasingly, the meaningful use of AI.
This is precisely why we work interdisciplinarily: we combine sustainability expertise with strategic thinking, analytical structure, and technological understanding. Our goal is to reduce complexity without oversimplifying relevant content.
How We Approach Projects
structured collaborative implementation-oriented
We quickly familiarize ourselves with our clients’ business models, initial situations, and target visions. Based on this, we structure questions, create transparency regarding options for action, and develop solutions that are technically sound and ready for integration into daily operations.
It is important to us not only to develop concepts but also to create the conditions for implementation: with clear priorities, realistic next steps, and an approach that fits the organization, resources, and maturity level.
What Makes the Difference
Expertise with a Focus on Feasibility
We bring in-depth knowledge of sustainability topics while never losing sight of what is actually implementable within a company.
AI as a Lever, Not an End in Itself
We deploy AI where it improves processes, accelerates analysis, strengthens the basis for decision-making, or provides noticeable relief for teams.
Hands-on Instead of Pure Conceptual Work
We think strategically but do not just work on paper. Upon request, we also support our clients operationally during implementation—pragmatically, close to day-to-day business, and with a view of what is realistically achievable internally.
Collaboration at Eye Level
We work closely with relevant stakeholders, immerse ourselves in organizations, and develop solutions that are transparent and internally sustainable.
Clarity in Complex Topics
Whether it is strategy, climate issues, reporting, or the supply chain: we help structure complexity and derive concrete decisions from it.
What We Stand For
We value clear thinking, good collaboration, and solutions with substance.
We question, structure, and get straight to the point.
We believe that great consulting happens when professional standards, pragmatism, and a genuine interest in the task come together.
